Managed from Barcelona, the assignment brought together a project lead from the Spanish organisation, engineers from three redi-Group companies and a local workforce under the team\u2019s supervision.<\/p>\n<p>The team deployed a local workforce of 32 people and 4 European experts at short notice, while project coordination remained in Barcelona.
