PROJECT SCOPE

Ensuring the short-term delivery capability of a critical charger to prevent vehicle losses during the series ramp-up of several model series – with a focus on process stabilization.

THE CHALLENGE

The daily production output at the supplier was significantly below demand and jeopardized the launch of several electric models. Internal production problems and a lack of control capacities required quick, coordinated intervention.
