Quality Support Close to the Martorell Automotive Cluster
The Martorell automotive plant produced 470,347 vehicles in 2025, approximately one fifth of Spain’s total vehicle production that year. Its scale and the surrounding supplier network highlight the importance of the region for automotive manufacturing.

One example is a project in Morocco, where an international manufacturer commissioned redi-Group to help stabilise internal logistics at a production plant. Managed from Barcelona, the assignment brought together a project lead from the Spanish organisation, engineers from three redi-Group companies and a local workforce under the team’s supervision.
The team deployed a local workforce of 32 people and 4 European experts at short notice, while project coordination remained in Barcelona. This demonstrates how the Spanish organisation can scale operational support across borders while maintaining central project coordination.
