redi-Group Strengthens Executive Leadership for Focused Business Development

redi-Group has expanded its executive management as of January 1, 2026, creating a structured leadership framework to support its strategic direction and future corporate development.
Three members of the redi-Group management team work together in a modern corporate environment.

redi-Group GmbH has expanded its management in Germany as of 01.01.2026 and placed it on a broader, clearly structured basis. This will create the organizational prerequisites for tackling the next phase of the company’s development in a focused manner and strengthening its strategic positioning in the long term.

Christian Reitmeyer will remain a member of the Management Board and will continue to be responsible for strategy and finance. In this role, he will continue to stand for continuity, economic stability and the long-term orientation of the redi-Group at national and, in particular, international level.

The management is complemented by:

  1. Carsten Enderlein, responsible for Purchasing, Operations and IT
  2. Onur Kayhan, responsible for Sales, Marketing and HR

The clear allocation of areas of responsibility strengthens the redi-Group’s management structure, increases its steering and implementation power and creates the basis for greater agility, scalability and the targeted further development of existing and new business areas.

With the expansion of the management team, the redi-Group is underlining its clear strategic direction and its ambition to open a new chapter together – based on experience, entrepreneurial responsibility and the firm conviction that sustainable success comes from clear leadership, consistent implementation and long-term thinking.
